I would also recommend uploading this as you start a ‘case’ with EA as they call the online chats. To make this easier I’d recommend doing this while screenshotting your purchase proof of spore. If your username on steam is different to your OG steam username they will ask for screenshot of you hovering over your steam profile photo to show the original user. Make sure it’s just of spore and not your entire purchase history. you will need a screesnshot from the steam application of your purchase of spore. You can do this by opting to login to your origin account and selecting the login with steam instead make sure your origin account is linked to your steam account. Make sure you’re on desktop when you do this you can’t upload images (for proof of purchase) on mobile.
